Jorgensen Crowned Back-to-Back World Champion
USA’s Gwen Jorgensen was crowned royalty on Friday for a second time after winning her 12th straight race at the 2015 ITU World Triathlon Series Grand Final Chicago, completing a perfect undefeated WTS season.

Australian, U.S. Paratriathletes Top Paratriathlon Fields
Ten paratriathletes were crowned World Champions on the second day of competition at the ITU World Triathlon Grand Final Chicago. Australia awed the crowds with an impressive three wins. USA also prevailed on home soil with three golds and a sweep of the podium in the women’s PT2 sport class.

Merle Marvels to Win Under-23 World Championship
The 2015 ITU Women’s Under-23 World Championship title went to Audrey Merle after she outran her French compatriot on the blue carpet in a down-to-the-wire finish.

Lindemann Wins Second Junior World Title
Laura Lindemann was crowned the 2015 Junior Women World Champion for the second year in a row on Friday, giving Germany its fourth medal of the Grand Final week and her back-to-back junior title. Taking up the last two positions on the podium was Taylor Knibb (USA), who earned the silver medal, and Lotte Miller (NOR), who earned the bronze.
